You may claim a refund, return or exchange your purchased items when they are damaged or defective within 7 days of receipt of the items, 100% free of charge.
Cancellation requests shall be considered when made within 24 hours after placing the order. However, when the shipment process has already been initiated the cancellation request cannot be entertained. No cancellations shall be entertained for products that https://arouseandcrave.com has offered for special occasions like Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. Cancellations shall not be possible for these are time limited occasion offers.
In the event that your package is offered to the designated address and it is not accepted by anyone, the package will be automatically be returned to our warehouse. When we have to reship the parcel to your address again, shipping charges shall be applicable. These charges vary from INR 200-300 depending on the weight of the package. In order to prevent these additonal charges we strongly urge you to make sure you supply us with the right address and make yourself available for accepting the package when delivery is due. You shall be called prior to delivery to give you an early notification of the pending delivery.
Not all of our company’s products are stored in our warehouses. This means that a product that is listed as “In Stock” may not readily be available for shipping right away. Rarely ,there may occur also cases wherein an item is in stock when an order is placed but sold out once the order is processed. In these cases, we re-stock the product at the shortest time possible and inform you the lead time after confirming your order.
NOTE: If an item is not in stock when an order is placed, the item will automatically be shipped to the consumer at no additional cost once it is received from the manufacturer.
We ship internationally. So there is no need to worry about customs. You should be aware of and comply with the rules and regulations of your country when it comes to the shipment of adult products. The company will not be held responsible if these products are confiscated in your country. Nor will it accept responsability for any legal conseuences that may come with importing our products into the country of your residency.
